The house is a recent building, architecturally structured on two levels, with materials taken from the volcanic earth, and based on traditional island standards, such as the dome of Santorini, wooden windows with blinds inside the house and the beautiful forged cement screeds in the bathrooms, blessed with the colours of the island white, blue and black.
In addition to its traditional character, it combines the modern kitchen - with black granite countertop, fully equipped refrigerator, cooker, washing machine and dishwasher- with a luxury living room enriched by lightly neoclassical furniture and smart television. Netflix subscription is provided with access to its vast catalogue of Films, TV Series & Documentaries.
Inside the house, air conditioners create cool and pleasant atmosphere.
The master bedroom includes built-in whirlpool bath in a tone of grey cement and it is situated on the lower level of the house together with the second bedroom & its adjacent domed bathroom.
One indoor and one outdoor staircase bring you to the second level of the living room, kitchen and WC. From the terraces, the visitor has the pleasure to enjoy all the shades of blue of the sea, the sun as it emerges from the sea of Santorini painting it with inspiring colors, the sighting of Anafi island and the pool with garden.
At the same time, one can profit from the wild beauty of the view on the mountain, called Mesa Vouno, on top of which the Ancient Thira is -with ruins like an ancient theater and from which the island got its official name, THIRA.
